Owners
Name: Daedeus Godhand
Job: Owner
Nicknames: Dae, The Wandering Bard (when performing)
Gender: Male
Preferred Pronouns: He/Him
Race: Hyur
Age: 32
Bio: Born in Ul'dah, but calls Gridania home. As a captain with the Twin Adder, as well as a wanderer himself at times, he has seen the importance of a comforting, relaxing place to visit. He also wanted a place where any performer feels welcome, hearing stories of other such locations from colleagues and friends. With that, he opened up the Wanderer's Respite in the name of Oschon, welcoming all, wanderers or otherwise. Whether they are an adventurer coming back form their latest job, an up and coming performer in need of a stage to practice on, or a creature of the night just starting their evening, the Wanderer's Respite's doors are open to all.
Name: Clarisse Fynnrose
Job: Co-owner, Shouter, Barmaid, Bard
Nicknames: Clari
Gender: Female
Preferred Pronouns: She/her
Race: Hyur/Miqote/Viera/ (RARE) Lalafell ((depends on when she Fanta))
Age: REDACTED
Bio: Not much is known about Clari, unless she chooses to tell you herself. Don't let the cute exterior fool you, she's way smarter than she looks and is a quick learner. Being Daedeus' first employee, Clari does her best to ensure the Respite runs as smoothly as possible.
You're bound to run into Clari while she's out performing her shouts in the major hubs. From her creative shouts to serving the clientele , Clari makes sure that one is taken care of at the modest tavern and inn in the Lavender Beds.
Bartenders
Name: Daddy Kas
Job: Bartender
Nicknames: Kas
Gender: Male
Preferred Pronouns: He/Him
Race: Viera
Age: Appears ~130 years old (Viera equivalent of late 30s by Hyur standards), actual age unknown
Bio: Kas is polite, generally friendly, and enjoys hearing about peoples' adventures nearly as much as pursuing the perfect cocktail, but tends to avoid getting involved in controversy or arguments unless he deems it necessary. He loves live music and holds bards in high regard. He speaks softly, sometimes using aether to fill even large rooms with his voice, creating the sometimes unsettling and confusing illusion of his voice being booming, quiet, and coming from every direction at once, including from inside the listeners’ own heads.
Name: Shalyndrya Tarka
Job: Bartender/Host
Nicknames: Shal, Shaly, Purple Dragon,
Gender: Female
Preferred Pronouns: She/Her/Hers
Race: Raen Au Ra
Age: Older than my tongue, but a little younger than my teeth!
Bio: Outgoing with an infectious enthusiasm for life and adventure, Shal has seen many turns of the star come and go, and one of the things that is constant in all of them is that places like Wanderer's Respite are few and far between. An insatiable curiosity about life and people, Shal is often found chatting with complete strangers, offering them refreshments, and even providing medical services on occasion. She is an accomplished chirurgeon with two free clinics to her name (one in Limsa's Mist neighborhood, the other in a prominent building in Ul'dah) and her genuine care of people's well-being is quickly felt by all who encounter her. Whether you need a drink or a snack to perk you up, an ear to listen to your woes, or medicine to cure your ills, she's always ready and willing to lend her services!
On Vacation
Name: Roy Blaze
Job: Bard, Novice Bartender
Nicknames: Nerd
Gender: Female
Preferred Pronouns: He/Him are preferred, but anyone work
Race: ❓ (Fanta a bit, but mainly miqo'te)
Age: 29
Bio: Brutish, yet charming. Sarcastic, yet kind. Roy can easily be your best friend or a pain in the arse depending how you choose to approach. Does his best to maintain friendly association with everyone, but has no patience for the weak spirited or stubborn fools. Mainly around the Respite to learn bartending and help out Daedeus. A pretty chatty Miqo'te that is always down to talk to people given the opportunity.
